One tracker, not one protocol

If it is on a schedule, it can live here.

Medication tracker guides

One free tracker for testosterone, GLP‑1s, and everything else.

Open a guide to see what Shot Clock can organize for common medications. The tracker follows the schedule you enter and never provides dosing instructions.

01

Testosterone shot tracker

Testosterone cypionate, enanthate, propionate & undecanoate

Build a clear TRT injection log with the date taken, strength, dose, custom interval, injection site, bottle supply, and later dose changes. Shot Clock turns those entries into a next-dose countdown, rotation history, and consistency view. It records the schedule you enter; it does not recommend a testosterone dose or interval.

02

Semaglutide & Ozempic shot tracker

Semaglutide · Ozempic · Wegovy

Use Shot Clock as a weekly semaglutide injection tracker for the medication and schedule prescribed to you. Log the date, dose, injection location, pen or vial supply, and dose-change history. Ozempic and Wegovy are brand names for semaglutide products with different approved uses; Shot Clock simply organizes what you enter.

03

Tirzepatide injection tracker

Tirzepatide · Mounjaro · Zepbound

Keep a personal tirzepatide shot log with your weekly date, recorded dose, site rotation, supply, and schedule history. Mounjaro and Zepbound are brand names for tirzepatide products with different approved uses. The tracker never changes or interprets your prescription.

04

HCG & hormone-support medication tracker

HCG · Enclomiphene · Anastrozole

Track HCG injections and other scheduled hormone-support medications alongside testosterone or on their own. Every medication keeps a separate schedule, history, dose record, and optional supply estimate so a multi-medication routine stays readable.

05

Peptide & growth-hormone-related shot log

Sermorelin · Ipamorelin / CJC-1295 · BPC-157 · Omnitrope (somatropin)

Create separate logs for scheduled peptide or growth-hormone-related products entered by you. Record dates, custom names, strengths, doses, intervals, injection sites, and remaining supply. Listing a product here describes tracker compatibility only and is not a statement about approval, safety, or effectiveness.

06

Vitamin B12 & custom medication tracker

B12 injections · prescriptions · supplements · custom entries

If a medication is not in the built-in list, type its name and create your own schedule. Shot Clock can organize recurring injections, pens, vials, tablets, vitamins, and other scheduled medications in the same browser-based dashboard.

More than a date list

The details people actually lose track of.

01

Next-dose countdown

Know what is due, what is coming up, and what is overdue without doing calendar math.

02

Injection-site rotation

Log the side and location, then see which site has had the longest rest.

03

Backdated logging

Missed the log but took the dose? Add the real date and keep the history accurate.

04

Bottle and refill tracking

Estimate doses remaining and get ahead of the point where a vial or pen runs out.

05

Dose-change history

Keep titration steps, strength changes, and schedule updates in one clean timeline.

06

Consistency insights

See adherence and rotation patterns based on what you actually logged—not a flattering streak.

Common questions

Before you trust it with your routine.

Is Shot Clock really always free?

Yes. It is free to use, requires no card, and is open to anyone—not only MYDUDE patients.

Do I have to download an app?

No. Shot Clock is a web app that works in your browser. You can optionally save it to your home screen.

What medications can I track?

Use a medication from the built-in library or type your own. The tracker is designed for scheduled medications, injections, pens, vials, vitamins, and custom protocols.

Does it tell me what dose to take?

No. Shot Clock records what you enter. It does not prescribe, recommend, calculate, or change your medication instructions.

Do I need to be a MYDUDE patient?

No. The tracker is open to anyone with a Google account.

Can I track more than one medication?

Yes. Each medication can have its own dose, interval, supply, history, and rotation record.

Not sure where the next one goes? We built a free injection site rotation chart as well — tap where you injected and it tells you which site has rested longest. No sign-in needed for that one.

Your next dose deserves a better answer

Two taps. Then you never wonder again.

Start a clean record today. Keep it free for as long as you use it.
